emily's vitilgo (Eric and Emily Fricker)

a lot of people refer to Eric Frickers book with his journey for vitiligo.

does anybody know if there is an update to how Emily is doing?

also does anybody have a compilation of useful blogs and sites related to vitiligo.

I found one that i thought was fairly useful its called

simonsvitiliogo blog or something.

any books that have been useful for any of you.  I'm still wondering if it is possible to re-pigment and manage with dietary and lifestyle changes.

    emily fricker has a video on youtube.  she looks great in there but i'm wondering if she went to a tanning salon or if she has makeup on.

    Did the Frickere do any other therapy other than diet? Meaning creams or UVB?

      No creams. I think in his book he mentions going to tanning salons. It was mostly all diet and vitamins/herbs.

        I remember asking him about pro topic but he said he had not heard of it.

    Hi Shifa,

    My 8 year old daughter was diagnosed with vitiligo 2 years back.
    I read Emily's vitiligo last year and I found Eric frickers email. I sent him an email and he replied back with his phone number. I spoke with him and he said Emily was doing great. Once her vitiligo stopped progressing and repigmentation started , they have not noticed any further spread or recurrence. He said her ankles have not repigmented but other than that they have seen great success.
