I've had vitiligo for a year now and it's still spreading over my face and arms. Am considering Narrowband UVB & Tacrolimus cream. Found great testimonies on the net. And then I also saw the David Paltrow advertisements, it seems a bit too good to be true. Any experience out there?

  • I agree with flavio, it's a very good book that covers a lot of ground. It maybe somewhat incomplete, but the most important facts are there. A great place to start. I follow mostly all of what's in his book and I am getting my pigment back and my vit is no longer spreading.
    • For heaven's sake, folks, don't just say it works.  What works!?

Everyone deserves to make a living, and to that I applaud the author's entrepreneurial efforts.  However, we're here to help one another.  We have been bilked enough with expensive trial and error, possibly to the detriment of our health and bodies.

Realizing that alone -- If ANYONE has had this disease, as an author may claim, and has found the cure, as they may claim, and they do not freely share it with others, knowing the pain the disease caused them, then either they do not have a cure or they are left heartless by it.

Thanks to Steve Hargadon, this forum has welcomed all to post such cures, or links to research, without their financial burden.

  • It's not a scam.  It's a compilation of his research.  It's not complete, but a good starting point.  I deleted my other reply, but that offer is still available.

  • Hi. It's strange. There is no actual comment by a user about david's treatment. Interestingly no one or two liners. All praises are few paragraphs and similar wordings everywhere on google.
And even here, nobody seems to know about him.
The other day, I kept googling and went through almost 10 pages of Google search, with all the same stories. All very sus!
Come on. Someone has to have tried it !,
  •  Two years ago, I had to walk on the road, with my face covered in some way. I tried not to go out as much as possible, because I didn’t dare to go out. I was afraid of facing people’s eyes filled with horror or disgust.

As a matter of fact, I can understand these people, because at that time, I disliked myself too. Looking at the large piece of leukoderma on my face, neck and arms made me painful. All these were caused by an unexpected accident. It was only a minor accident. A car driving at high speed knocked me down, I was scared and got scratches on the neck and arms. With the healing of the wounds, my nerves gradually calmed down.

Then something unexpected occurred. Leukoderma began to appear around the wounds that had basically healed. At first, I didn’t pay much attention to it, thinking it is a necessary part in the heating process. However, when my wounds had completely healed, the leukoderma became larger and larger and gradually large patches of leukoderma began to appear on my forehead and face, too.

I began to get about to seek for medical treatment. Whenever I heard about treatment of skin diseases, I would inquire about the treatment. The two years made me clear that the leukoderma on my body was the “cancer” among skin diseases- vitiligo and at the same time, I knew how terrible vitiligo was.

during the treatment process, the leukoderma began to disappear gradually until it became light brown and finally it became difficult to identify because it was rather close to normal skin color. During this period of time, I could feel the tiny changes in my body caused by the Chinese medicine, which helped me get rid of vitiligo surprisingly.

      • did anybody try the david Paltrow system?  can across it after a google search.  its $37....anybody ever buy it.  I highly doubt its 100 percent...but I'm wondering if it is just a compliation of all his research.  some of it might actually be valid but again guaranteed part makes me skeptical.

        • UVB and Protopic helps some ppl,try your chance
