Protopic and nb uvb treatment question

Hi guys!

I was wandering how long could be protpic used (without any pause).

Also I have got a dermalight hand held uvb in the instructions that I got together with it says that maximum exposure is 2: 45 min. I am afraid that my skin gives no reaction when it is exposed to 2:45, do anybody uses this machine with longer exposure?

    I have used for up to 10 minutes on a spot on my foot. Hands and feet apparently are the toughest to repigment. If its not a brand new bulb increase a minute at a time to see what your body can handle. You want the skin to be pink, but not burn to the point of pain and peeling.
