Has anyone used this cream and had any successes? My dermatologist prescribed it and I'm currently not doing any light treatment so I'm wondering if this will even help. Any thoughts or what you've experienced would be great.

Unfortunately - I used the creme for over a year with no real change.
I truly believe that the assistance must come from within.
I have yet to find a solution, but I continue to search.

Agree. Not sure what this cream is supposed to do but can honestly say absolutely nothing. Same as Protopic . It is to be used the 2 weeks you are off the triamcinolone . I have no results with alternating the two.
I used only it 2 times a day for 2 months. I then returned to my dermatologist last month. We agreed that there are a few dots on my face and fewer on my ankle indicating that repigmentation is slowly recurring. That was encouraging. So he prescribed Elidel (pimecrolimus) in addition to the cream. Elidel is very expensive. Without insurance, it was around $285 for a tube. It was $159 with insurance. Every 14 days, I alternate between applying Elidel and Triamcinolone Acetonid Cream twice a day. In 2 months, I return to him. I had seen another dermatologist about XTRAC treatments. She said I was not a candidate.
I have been using this cream for over 2 years now. It is used 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. I see absolutely no improvement while using this cream. I have been doing the xtrac treatment twice a week and have seen little improvement probably because the hands and feet are the most difficult to treat.
