Since 2011 i hv this,,,i stop medicine 2018 but now i recover wothout too much efforts,,its just lifestyle diseases,if anyone wants to know i will help

    kpalbhati 1hr

    appy babchi (bakuchi) seed oil and take 10 to 15 min early sunlight...by this i recover my face and now colour dot apper on hand and elbows...colour spot grow faster frm black hair roots
