Google search how many vitiligo patients have been treated with anti-fungus medicines.

Try to find the clinical study that links vitiligo to a fungus.  I can't find one.

After 20 years of vitiligo covering nearly 35% of my body, I had a massive stress with my second child and it spread quickly again.  This time, for the 3rd time, it went on my face and I had a milk mustache.

I've regimented before, most of the time my pigment does come back to my face but only after a quite a while of UVB.

This time, I became manic trying to find a solution.  Nothing clicked at first.  But a gnawing suspicion overcame me. Tinea Veriscolor (please google search it).  It is a fungus that is curable.  It looks like vitiligo.

Before summer came, I decided to treat Vitiligo as if it were a fungal infection inside of my body.  I searched for every homeopathic medicine available to fight fungal infection. I did a LOT of self medication through diet and pills.  I won't get into it.

I ran a total of 5 times outside in the sun. Shirtless for 30 minutes.  I got just the right amount of "pink" like you want to from a UVB.

It worked like a charm.  50% reduction and spotting in "stable" vitiligo like my wrists and hands. This had not happened for YEARS.

After plunking along and studying fungus medical journals for a while, I switched gears and began studying the effects of the sun on the body.  That is when it all clicked.

I won't get into details on this post, I will on my first post.

Please try to test yourselves for a fungal infection in your body.  More than likely, it will be in your nasal cavity, lungs, or your intestine.  I imagine it is in your small intestine, but not positive and have not been able to prove it myself, don't have a doctor that will "approve" a test for me.  I believe this is the cause, because nobody has made this link yet in medical science, and it might be very hard to prove this.  CT scan might not work, MRI would only work with a stain test, antibodies test won't work because I think it has eluded our immune systems because it can!  (details in the other post)

I continue to regiment and have not been in the sun for about a month.  I still am using anti-fungal diet techniques and making sure to sweat out "toxins" if I use anti-fungals.

  • Also, the timing of when you take the pills is key. I imagined the synthesis of vitamin D and the half life of each chemical and programmed my taking of pills and diet around that.
The thyroid pills are the most important. The half life of PTH is 4 minutes! PTH is an 84 amino acid chain that takes magnesium energy to create it in the parathyroid. If we are missing amino acids, my guess is tyrosine, this chain will be broke. So I "borrow" it from the bovine thyroid and parathyroid.
I drink coffee immediately after because the adrenal gland reacts to that PTH signal. It has the 1-alpha hydroxylase (active vitamin D) that has a half life of a few hours.
I then drink Vitamin D milk and probiotics after my meal and take my calcium supplements with magnesium to give my body those minerals at the right time. I also drip vitamin D-3, pure cholecalciferol under my tongue.
I constantly am taking liver pills and milk thistle to give my body enough enzymes to fuel the liver. The half life on this part is months.
  • Besides running and get some good sun bath, can you describe your treatment plan (anti-fungal diet techniques)?

It might have things in common with what we've been posting...

    Please let us know.

    • Sure, vitiligosupportinternational.org took my post down for posting that.  But here goes.

NO ANTI BIOTICS!  (I won't get into details)

You should consult a doctor before trying anything.  I'm simply going to tell you what I do.

      AM

      1-3 cups of coffee

Bowl of Quinoa or steel cut oats (added pure honey/pure maple syrup) 90 secs microwave with water.

      Raisins

      Craisins

I eat only organic meats and eggs.  NO PORK.  All other meats are good only if organic.  Organic only because you need to try and avoid anti-biotics at all costs in your food source.

Cheese(I don't get organic cheese), organic yogurt, organic milk Vitamin D mixed with a probiotic containing D3.

1 squirt liquid milk thistle from Now Essentials

1 green tea Kamchatka from Costco

Standard Process supplements: (Don't take these without a Dr. supervision, my blood PH is lacking calcium & magnesium)

      3 Thymex (for my thyroid)

      1 Cal-amo & 2 Cal-Ma Plus

1 LivaPlex (it has Zinc & copper chelates)

Multi-Vitamins these rest of these should be OK for the group.

1 dose of XX Vitamins from Amway. All organically grown components and it gives you basically 200% of everything.

1 Drop of Pure liquid Vitamin D3...aka cholecalciferol 2000 units

      1 Essential Fish Oil

      Lunch (varies)

1 8 oz XS energy drink 4900% B-12...I try to quit these damn drinks but I love them.

a salad of raw spinach dressing

any nut except NO peanuts or pistachios

      soups with little noodles

usually little to NO corn or bread (mold grows on these)

chicken or whatever buschs grocery store has in the kiosk that fits this diet, i buy my lunch at a grocery store almost every day freshly made.  $5 too, can't beat it.  They change it up a lot for me too so it differs every day.

      Afternoon 3PM

Another round of XX vitamins and Milk Thistle with 1 livaplex

Snack of nuts or organic snack bar

usually another tea [Yes, I drink a ton of caffeine...I have a very stressful career.]

3 days a week i get home around 5 PM.  I work out hard for about 30 minutes. Sweat induced spin bike/treadmill or some video P90x/gillian michaels/ whatever will make me sweat, you have to change it up to get that.

Dinner:   Usually Turkey/Chicken/Fish , vegetables, gluten free grains etc.

But I can't argue with whatever my wife puts on the table, if there is bread or spaghetti or pizza. I give up on my crazy diet for dinners.  But she most of the time puts a great meal.

I do "cheat" a lot. I eat cereal for breakfast maybe once a week.  I have pizza once a week or chinese food 1 every other week.  Nobody is perfect.

I'm still not cured, but I've made a lot of progress even without lamps or sun.  It is a catalyst and you still can't beat running and sweating it out in the sun.

      • Btw, you are doing an excellent job!

It's similar to my suggested protocol, apart from thyroid pills.

A good starting point is talking about the similar items.

For example, I also agree with a gluten-free diet because If one is gluten sensitive, gut becomes a constant war zone.  It generates a lot of ROS radicals that causes oxidative stress. I have many papers that talk about the role of oxidative stress in vitiligo.

Let's use another channel to talk about other similar items, because I would like to comment every item you've posted.
