  • Yes I follow most of what's in his book-have been for a year now. I am getting pigment back, and my vit is no longer spreading. It's a legit well researched book, with lots of good info.
    • I agree.

  • I haven't tried this, but as far as diet goes- I had had new spots creeping up constantly within a year of my diagnosis. After I cut most processed foods from my diet, I have not had a single new spot. No real repigmentation either, but at least no new places.
    • You are right.  You have untriggered vitiligo, but not cured the old spots.

You probably eliminated one major cause called oxidative stress.

      Check www.vitiligomap.com

By the way, I have read the book.  It is not a scam, but far from cure...

  • thats cool ! we are all waiting for you to try this and let us know the results! 7 days miracle :)

  • If it sounds to good to be true chances are it isn't. I would be mindful of buying anything from that site.

  • I just purchased it but it's more about changing your daily menu and improving yourself as a whole. I have not finished reading all of it but plan to finish reading it today. He does have a 60 return policy no questions asked. I'll keep eceryone updated.
    • Thanks Karina, please keep us updated! :-)

    • So far it's been talking about foods that triggered the vitiligo and foods that seemed to help. Unfortunately yesterday I had school so I didn't get a chance to finish it but I'll be commenting on my own page about the progress. And the changes I'm making to my life to try to adapt to his "vitiligo-free lifestyle". Check out my page daily and I'll let you know of things I've tried and about the book
      • Karina, have you followed "The Vitiligo Miracle" and has it been effective?
