Functional treatment (minimum suggestion)

Hi Friends,  if you are planning to follow a Functional Treatment, I'd like to share with you the following suggestion that should be discussed with your Doctor.

FUNCTIONAL TREATMENT PROTOCOL 

1- 9W UVB-NB Phototherapy 2x a week (expose each patch separately)

2- Minimum Daily Supplementation Suggestion:
• Selenium (by GNC) ⇒ 100mcg
• Zinc (by GNC) ⇒ 15mg
• Copper (by GNC) ⇒ 2mg
• Fish Oil - Omega 3 (any mercury-free brand) ⇒ 1000mg
• Complex-B (by GNC)
→ B1 Thiamine ⇒ 10mg
→ B2 Riboflavin ⇒ 15mg
→ B3 Niacin ⇒ 15mg
→ B5 Pantothenic Acid ⇒ 50mg
→ B6 ⇒ 25mg
→ Biotin ⇒ 250mcg
→ B12 ⇒ 250mcg
→ Folate ⇒ 400mcg
• Vitamin E (by GNC) ⇒ 200IU
• Vitamin D3 Cholecalciferol (by GNC) ⇒ 1000IU
• Beta Carotene plus mix of carotenoids (by Pure Encapsulations) ⇒ 25000IU

3- Minimum Daily Anti-Oxidant Suggestion:
• R Lipoic Acid (stabilized) or ALA (by Pure Encapsulations) ⇒ 100mg
• L-Glutammine Powder (by Nutrabio) ⇒ 3g
• L-Cysteine Powder ou N-Acetyl Cysteine (by Nutrabio) ⇒ 600mg
• L-Methionine Powder (by Nutrabio) ⇒ 375mg
• Grape Seed (by GNC) ⇒ 100mg
• Polypodium Leucotomos / FernCare (by BioPower) ⇒ 240mg

4- Minimum Daily Anti-Fungal Suggestion:
• Probiotics (by Pure Encapsulations) ⇒ +10 billion CFU of the beneficial bacteria
• Paracid Forte (by Ortho Molecular) ⇒ 1 capsule
• Formula SF722 (by Thorne Research) ⇒ 1 capsule

5- Topical Creams:
• Protopic 2x a day on face patches.
• Elidel 1x a day on the other patches.
• Apply Pseudocatalase 2x a day (before 9AM and after 5PM). Then wait 15 minutes and take a 10 minute sun bath or 30 second UVB-NB phototherapy session (talk to a doctor before any phototherapy). Avoid Pseudocatalase cream on the spots that are being treated with Protopic.

6- Drink a 8 oz of green juice daily (green apple or kiwi, spinach, celery, broccoli, collard, watercress, and kale).

7- If you are not able to do a food allergy test, follow at least a gluten-free diet.

    Thanks for sharing :) It is right we need all minerals and vitamins so that Our body produce melanin...not Necessary to stress too much what we take how many gram and so on .as long as we eat variety and try to live healthy life ,Our body will fix every thing from what we eat and drink..it is good to follow  and hold optimal level vitamin B12 and vitamin D3  as we are less in those.

    Most of all we have to reduce hard friction or trauma to skin and emotional stress and avoid Foods that we are allergic to.

    Be happy and positive and try treatments one at a time with out causing stress then every thing will be alright With help of God..the most important is to stabilize vit...you know.
