      • just give it a try and you will see the difference. I have been benefited mostly by diet restrictions...although they are bit difficult to follow but yes I follow them as much I can.

        • As Flavio say avoid only if you are allergic , Farm Egg is good Source of omega 3,  meat is good Source of vitamin B12...why avoid? we need to add this Foods ...study shows many vegiterians develop vitiligo.
