I go to clinic for targeted phototherapy where they use lumera targeted phototherapy unit. Not sure about the effectiveness of the home based light therapy unit and which is the best product available in this. Please guide.

Suman, I am not familiar with Lumera. If you have just a couple of small Vitiligo spots you can buy a hand held NB-UVB unit from Amazon. If your Vitiligo is widespread, you will need full body unit. There are several good companies that manufacture these NB-UVB units. They are Solarc, Daavliin, Natbio, and UV Biotek. I personally use the one from UV Biotek.
