  Thanks Amanda for the reply. My doctor has told me not to eat any food items that have yeast. I have not had the likes of bread or pizza for many many months now. She did not specifically say no wheat. Just no yeast. But I will ask her about it next time I see her. Are you taking any medicine alongside the gluten free diet? Thanks and take care!
