Hi all, I've had Vitiligo for over 20 years. It bothered me a lot until a couple of years ago but now I think I'm ok with it. I have recently started the photo therapy treatment. Not seen any improvement yet but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Until a few years ago, my vitiligo stopped spreading but now, its come back and spreading quite a bit. Not sure what has triggered this. I spoke to the consultant and they confirmed that nothing I eat will trigger this so I am really not sure.
