About Me:

My Vitiligo Started at the age of 22, i have 2 sisters who also have vitiligo, and my mum was the first in the line. BUT my mum is now "i think 74" and her vitiligo has gone apart from a small patch on the side of her mouth. I believe there is something in what we eat that causes Vitiligo, i did try malenignai plus some years ago, and my right hand re-pigmented but not completely. I have recently ordered a years supply of vitamins & have decided to change my diet. I shall keep you all posted. My name is Mark, I live & work in London, have a passion for travel & adventure, historical buildings and i love my shoes :-) I am so pleased to have found this site, and look forward to chatting and maybe meeting people who know the struggle i have had "peace & love to you all" X

  • Hello dear friend, how are you?

  • Hello Mark. My parentes and brothers don't have vitiligo. My uncle has vitiligo. I'll try to use homeopathy.
  • Hello Mark and thank you for your welcome on this site ;o)

  • HELLO AND WELCOME TO VITILIGO FRIENDS!!!!

  • Hey! How is the diet going?

  • Hi Mark, Thanks for your message and good wishes. I'm glad to hear you are thinking about doing something proactive about your vitiligo. I'm just very grateful and relieved to have found something that works for me. But it does make me wish I had found it a lot sooner. I spent most of my life resigned to putting up with it forever. Still, it's very much a case of bettter late than never :) Good luck with yours, Caroline

  • Hello and Welcome !!!! Glad you joined our group !!!

  • My son was diagnosed three years ago when he was 8. He has had minimal spreading over the years , and I hope it stays that way! Would love to get him through these hard school aged years! What is your story? :)
  • Welcome!
