  Hello Peet, I hav suffering frm vit. but its spreed slow. its only fingers some spot in d body only but im also worried that it will spread.

  i had vitiligo for 36 years. i have slowed the process by changing my diet. i eat only whole grains foods and very little meat and processed foods. this helps a great deal for me. go to youtube and enter "tribute to vitiligo's and tribute to michael jackson. i have 6 videos. plz give me some feed back. thank you

  Hi Peet..thanks for the message. It does not spread in all cases, it may start out as one spot and stay that way or it may spread. Everyone is different. I think since your vit is new, and has not spread much it is key to treat it quickly. I see you are on homepathic, but I would also visit a derm (if you have not already) that has solid experience with vit.
