    Hello Teh Ben~~

    Happy Holidays!!  I'm very sorry to hear about the spread of  your vitiligo due to the fighting  in Isreal. WE know stress does play a very important part in monitoring our stress and It's very hard during this day and age. I read alot of self-help books and joined a few free self help groups and we need this to renew our mind. You have to remember how Beautiful you are inside and out and remember that Vit is not malignant and we just have to be around people who are going to accept us as we are bec everyone is different.  Hopefully this year a GREAT YEAR for you!!!  Catrina

    Also, i started listening to a radio show called the bright side. That guy knows way more than me. he has critically important information to share its the best source of health information ive found yet. I found him AFTER putting big pieces of the puzzle together myself so that kinda says something in my opinion. You should listen to it. everyone should in fact

    Hi Teh, i have put probably over 200 hours into digging. Probably more like a thousand lol and not just about vit because its just another degenerative disease but yea i just became ubsessed with figuring this thing out and now im pretty sure i know how to conqour it (: tho i havent even really started because im kind of in a bad spot financially but climbing out C: im just learning alot
