About Me:

Hello my name is Carmelia, I am a Pure Romance Consultant, I enjoy skating, relaxing, reading and getting things done that will help my family. I am a mother of three boys and one grandson. I recently moved to Nevada a year ago, to get away from the cold weather, once my job started to shorten my work schedule. I also am a professional tax preparer at least six months out of the year. And in between a collection representative (and man as well all know that is hard these days.) smile---So please feel free to contact me for either of my businesses. I have had vitiligo for at least six years, it started behind my right ear a small spot and in the last two years has done it things when it comes to spreading. I must admit it has taken me though some emotional changes and many ups and down's. I continue to thank God each day for my many blessing in life despite my skin condition and grateful that it is nothing that would really set back. I have tried different things that I hoped to help reduce my spreading which have been folic acid, vitamin D and a light treatment. I will say for the most part the spreading has stopped; but recently I have noticed a few more spots. I do believe that stress is a big trigger for the spreading of vitiligo. I am really glad for this website and look forward to meeting others and sharing and learning from each individual experience. In the meantime I plan to continue to educated myself on my skin condition and will pass along any new findings. To all those that are trying to learn to cope with vitiligo, lets learn to live the skin we are in and continue to live our life. Much Love Carmelia

    Hi Carmela, I do believe we have to find some comfort in our own
    skin. Your right that stress is a known trigger for vitiligo and it is
    a real problem since from the very first spot we all get stressed
    over our appearance and that stress keeps our health out of
    balance.
