  I feel the same way! Sometimes i just want to walk out side w/out any makeup. I choose to not wear any makeup on my hands and at times it proves to be trying. People will go out of their way to avoid touching my hands. Its insulting! The best solution is to just say what it is. when I've done that people still look confused. I've learned not to care about what people think. What matters is me.

  If you want to wear shorts then wear shorts and ignore the attention.

   Hello Emily,  I use a cover cream made by (Derma blend ) it is recomended for Vitiligo patients. I been using it for years and it comes in different shades to match your skin tone, It covers really well and is durable it does not rub off easy. I get mine at boscov's dept store but i'm sure other cosmetic places carry it.      hope this helps                     Dale
