  hi john just getting back to you . have you been well . im so happy my sons back from the war . he safe and well thank GOD so all my family been down to celebrate we had great fun and i laugh so much i cried . .so life feels so good and im happy .my skins clearing up too . what else could any one ask for

  hi john have you had a good day . i've been off work so i took my little dog for a walk the sun was out and it was so peaceful we walked for miles but i was tried when i got back and my face was hot, i've found i get really tried just lately don't know if its cos i been so stressed out , heard vit get worse with stress so trying to keep relaxed its a little hard because my middle childs in afghan in the war , he's due home in october can't wait to see him . do you have any children , you take care and hope to hear from you soon

  Hey John, Just to say - when you see your doc - ask about UVB treatment too. And for some vitamins for you. I take vitamin B12 1000 mcg and Folic Acid 800 mcg. A Zinc and Copper supplement is good too. Do your vitiligo research online before you see your doc! Sorry to hear about your divorce! Yes, stress can make Vitiligo spread more :-( Good day !!!

  Hi John,
  Lovely to be intouch with you. How are you today?My vitiligo was diagnosed 2 years ago but at times seem to change daily. I have good days and bad days like we all do but I try to stay positive.
  This site has helped enormously as before this I had not met anyone with vitiligo. Hope to chat agin soon. Best wishes xxx
