About Me:
I have Vitiligo which started about 6 years ago. There was one year it improved and skin started repigmenting. But since 2 years it really speeded up and is spreading quite quickly. I always had a good diet but I am very sensitive person emotionally and recently I had really stressful life, one of the reason I left London (UK) where I lived almost 6years. Now I live in village (PL), have own garden and I am trying to slow down and relax. I am Personal Trainer and you can find about me on my website.
