    Tell me about those clinical trials, are they invasive, do they take a lot of your time? I have not seen Dermatology trials for Vit in my city. My hands are already full of spots, spreading to my arms, torso, legs, etc and last month I noticed some small spots on my face. I'm fair skinned but with the FL. sun in summer they stand out. I'm using Cromelin and sunless tanning to cover them up..In this town not too many people wear long sleeves or pants due to the proximity to the beach and the hot weather..At the gym I have no problem working out alone but If I take a bootcamp or kickboxing class where there is contact people don't wanna partner up so I try to go with a friend... Im learning to live with VIT...

    I'm taking vitamin D3 5000 milligrams, it has given good results in some people. My Vit is spreading fast and its frustating , my doctor said that it could be stress related...I also tried folic acid before the D3..

    I tried Protopic once and didn't have any results...so far I'm taking vitamin suplements to wait and see..
