  Hello and Welcome !!! Glad you are here !!! Steroid cream on the face .... is not a good idea. It is too strong. Next time, ask your doctor about Protopic Ointment. This is used by many in this group, including myself, for vitiligo on the face. And it has helped. Good day !!!
