  • I was born and raised there. Didn't move til I was 22. I loved Denver; there was so much to do. I'm not too sure what the market is like right now but I bet it's better than the one in El Paso. I can also tell you that you'll miss home. I've never seen a prettier sky than the one you see in El Paso. Maybe I'm just biased but even after 3 years, I still get homesick. :( Are you from El Paso as well or did you just move there?
  • Oh and I see you're from El Paso. I'm from there too. I moved to Denver when I was 22 and from there I moved to MN. Lucky you. I wish I was still in El Paso! :)
  • I'm not too sure if they do work or not but I'm still taking them. I figured if they're just vitamins/supplements, they can't really hurt me.

I'm not too sure. It's very easy for us all to get disillusioned but we really do need to keep trying to find our own cure.

What are you doing? Do you take any treatments?
  • Hi John,

Sorry it took me so long to reply but it'd been such a long time since I'd logged in. I really don't follow a diet right now. I would like to some day cut red meat entirely and not drink any sodas or alcohol but it's hard to do any of those. I no longer drink in excess like I once did. Every now and then I'll treat myself to a margarita but it only happens about twice a month and I never get wasted anymore. As far as red meat goes, well, I'm very bad with that. I can't stop. I do take Herbalife products and although I don't take them everyday, I TRULY feel that they do help. It can be quite an expensive product and I have school loans to pay so I can't take the full product as I should, but hopefully I'll be able to pretty soon. My aunt knows this man who gives a testimony that by taking Herbalife, he's repigmented about 95% of his body back. He had vitiligo all over his body. He has before and after pictures that he shares at these Herbalife conventions. I was supposed to have met him when I lived in Denver. He was flying in from CA to CO that one time but he couldn't make it. I then moved to MN but my aunt met him the following year (same year I left). He takes 3x the normal Herbalife supplements and when I spoke to him on the phone, he told me that he COMPLETELY stopped eating red meat, stopped drinking sodas, stopped drinking alcohold, stopped eating fast food, and started working out to live a healthy lifestyle. To this day I wish I could have met him. Although I don't doubt my aunt, I just feel I need to see him to fully believe.

Where do you have your vitiligo?
